At Passion Jewellers, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible Return & Exchange Policy under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to return or exchange a product.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days (1 week) of receiving the order.
- A 30% deduction applies to returns.
- A 50% deduction applies to exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, inform us within 12 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund with no deductions.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us within the given time frame with order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the return or exchange as per policy.
